Up to now, everything is excellent, except that request for the first item approval came withing 24 hrs, but for the second item, even was ordered at the same time, the request for approval came much later than was supposed to come

Great quality, quick turnaround service with customized logo. We did have some balls that were deflated (exploded bladder, popped stitching) when we received them but otherwise good product

Craig responded to me on Saturday , which I didn't expect a response until Monday.it Was a rush order because we needed the " Stress Potaties) by the following Thursday.for a for party on Friday. Great service!!! I called to ask a question about ordering and they were friendly and answered my question quickly. I then sent them two logos in color. They emailed me back with pictures and let me know how each one would look in black and white. It was really helpful! I ordered the mini glow- in-the-dark volleyballs and they arrived at my home in plenty of time for our event. It was a huge hit for the varsity team to throw the mini volleyballs out into the crowd for middle school volleyball night. The middle schoolers loved them! I would definitely use and recommend this company again!!
